I learnt how to comment on fau's blog post.I learn by going onto fau's blog post then I had to read her post.Then I had to give fau a smart comment on her blog post that she just posted on her blog that she posted.

Kiwi Can

This week for kiwi can we are still focusing on Self control. Self control is having the ability to control our emotions/feelings that we have inside just like expressing them out. Our first game we played was called Bip,Bob,Bounce. The game was to say bang before the teacher said the whole phrase. The next game we played was a game hand. We had to get into a circle and then we had to put our hand over the persons hand next to us and the other persons hand next to us. The main of the game was to focus/concentration. In the game we had to go around in a circle and then once we we start from someone we had to tap our hand on the floor using the correct hand.

3D shapes

LI.Explore and describe faces,edges, and corners of a 2d and 3d objects. I have be doing some maths about 2d and 3d shape and figure out how many faces,edges, and corners there are on the 3d or the 2d shape that we were doing.Later on we found our shape we had to take a simple picture of two 3d or 2d shape and write down how many edges,faces, and corners there are and had too write base+2=4+2= faces.

Actions - What does the character actually do? Grandma whacks Dad’s behind.\ Dad pretends to cry when Grandma whacks him in the behind and says you big rat bag.	Getting inside the character’s head - Write down some of the character’s thoughts and feelings. Unhappy at Grandma. He pretends to cry.

LI.To infer information about a character. I learnt by reading a book could Grandma's stick.And we had to go on Character inference chart and put some answers of the character that your doing with the book that your were reading and make it on your own words and answer the facts,quotes,actions and the last square.

Antonyms

LI. To use antonyms to make our writing more interesting. Today I had to replace each underline word with a antonym. I also had to watch a video with examples of what antonyms are and what antonym meant and it meant antonyms are words with opposite meanings for antonyms in a dictionary for opposite meaning.

Too Many Possums

Possums eat eggs from other nests.	As well  as eating eggs from nests,possums may eat young chicks.
Now there are too many possums are now eating New Zealand birds.	Because when they are hungry then they come eat the New Zealand birds.
But now there is too many possums in New Zealand,they are a danger to plants and animals.	Because when are possums are hungry they just go for it and look for a bird or other animals.
Some people think that possums are cute and cuddly.	Because that’s nearly then the whole New Zealand will almost have too many possums around the people that has them.
Possums were brought to New Zealand from Australia to make clothes to make out of fur.	In the past days New Zealand ladies had to make there own clothes out of things until Australia sent too many possums to make clothes out of possum fur.
Possums climb trees and eat the leaves,flowers,fruit, and seeds.	Because Possums like to climb up the tree and looks for leaves,flowers,fruit, and seeds to eat.

LI.To practice inferring. I learnt by reading a book could Too Many Possums and then I had to inference and make my own idea about possums but make into my own words after that I had too get evidence from the text in the book that I was reading and recorded all of my answers down on the google document we had to do.

Raz Kids

Contraction

 

L.I.To use apostrophe for contractions. I learnt about a contraction makes a longer word shorter. I was learning about contractions and what contractions are and what are they used for as a contraction. I learnt how to complete the contraction words and make it into a shorter word and did a contraction rewrite and make these sentences shorter and make words shorter too as it has to looks a contraction.

Maths Week

L.I.Find fraction of an amount.To Add and subtract fractions. I was learning playing a education maths game could Maths week. Maths week has lots of games about education maths. We play this to get more better at maths education to get more better at it until your smart enough to do.

Kiwi Can

L.I.To learn what Self control is.Today for Kiwi Can we were talking about what is Self control and how to use it.We played 2 games one games was rats and rabbits the other game was Bip Bop Bounce.In those games had included self control.

Blindfold Shoot

 L.I. Identify actions and factors that can prevent a team from working co-operatively. I learnt by making up game game with only five people and there names were Charlize,Fau Florence,Angela and me.And we worked on a game and we named it Blindfold Shoot. I learnt by making a slide for materials,rules and how to play the game.And I had to cooprate with my group and listen to what there discisions and then someone had to write down materials and what were the rules and how to play the game.

L.I.To learn about inferring.I learnt what Inference meant.I learnt by doing this task.What we had to do was infer by using this sheet.What we had to do was we had to make an infer about the stories.There were 3. We also had to look out for hints to get the answers to make it and Inference.

Kiwi Sport

Today we went to Kiwi Sport and our coach was Andy.She was teaching us how to run in a line looking straight ahead and more.Today we were learning what were the difference between 400m Distance and Sprint.We first started the session with warm up.For the warm up we were running around the hall.Then we lined up at one end of the hall and waited till Andy CLAPPED then we ran to the other end of the hall.We had to focus on the starter which was Andy our coach then we run.

Compare and Contrast

L.I.identify actions and factors that can prevent a team from working co-cooperatively.Work effectively as part of a team.Make sound decisions about safety. I learnt that working a team is to work together and encouraging each other.I learnt this by using padlet and we wrote down what makes a relationship and how it can change.We worked as a group.There were five groups.I was in group five.We wrote lots of information also the other groups.

A or An

L.I.To use “a” in front of words beginning with consonant sounds (the opposite of vowel sounds).To use “an” in front of words beginning with a vowel sound (a, e, i, o, u). I learnt how to use "a" in front of words beginning with consonant sounds and vowel sounds.I learnt how to fix sentence's and put "a" or "an" in front of the words.

Equivalent Fractions

L.I.To find fractions of shapes and lengths greater than 1.I learnt how to math the picture to the symbol mix and matching it to be in the correct order and put it in the groups to be in a correct order.I learnt what was a denominator and a numerator.I also learnt how to find fractions of shapes and lengths that are greater than 1.I learnt how to match these fractions into order and there was only two hints there.

Commenting

This is my commenting to Raera. I blogged on Raera maths because I did the same task as she done so then I comment on her maths blog but I loved her food fraction and how she halved it into unit fractions that she can make.I only made a bit of the smart commenting.But at least I've add a greeting into y commenting

Lunchtimes at P.B.S

L.I.To think about how I can word/phrase my ideas so they are clear.I learnt but thinking about how I can word/phrase my ides so my ideas are clear.I learnt by making my writing to be a clear story.

T.v ad

L.I.To demonstrate understanding of persuasion and influence.I learnt how to create a short T.v. ad that is up to 10 seconds to 20.I learnt how to demonstrate a understanding of persuasion and influence.This t.v ad was a little bit hard but me and my buddy kept on trying our best by making a t.v ad was really fun making it.

QAR

L.I.To learn about QAR(Question-answer relationship).I learnt about what was a QAR and what kinds of Questions and types were on this QAR. I think this QAR was a bit hard but it was cool and I kept on trying my best no matter what its just a QAR. I like this QAR it was a bit hard but I kept on trying and trying to fig out what was the answer to each Question but they were OO,AM,TS,RT.                

Fractions

L.I.Identify simple unit fractions 1/2,1/4,1/3,1-shapes.I learnt about what is a fraction,what is a unit fraction and what does a unit fraction looks like with materials.A fraction has a numerator and a denominator a numerator is the one and the denominator is the number after the number one then the line then it goes under the line.Also I didn't know that 1/2 and 1/3 was not a unit fraction unit my teacher told the whole class what was a unit fraction.
